Were looking for a dedicated and experienced full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team! This position is primarily based at our Waltham location, with one day per week at our upcoming Needham clinic beginning January 2026. (free parking at both!)

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing occupational therapy services to patients with physical dysfunction in accordance with established departmental and professional practice guidelines, standards and protocols.
- Performing evaluations, assigning occupational therapy diagnoses
- Developing and implementing patient treatment programs and goals
- Preparing discharge plans and home treatment programs
- Instructing and educating patients/families
- Arranging follow-up services as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in occupational therapy
- Minimum of 3 years of licensed OT experience required
- Previous Pediatric OT experience highly preferred
- Occupational Therapist license in the state of MA
