Description
- Conduct thorough evaluations for patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics, utilizing standardized assessments and observation techniques.

- Implement focused, one-on-one speech therapy sessions that cover essential areas such as fluency, language, voice, and swallowing.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to devise comprehensive care strategies.
- Educate patients and their families to foster progress beyond the clinical environment.
- Assist with inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions occasionally, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout recovery.
- Keep precise and timely documentation that adheres to all relevant guidelines.

Education
- A Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a university accredited by the relevant bodies.
- Fulfillment of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification has yet to be obtained.
Certifications
- State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hiring.
