Job Duties

  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing teams to deliver thorough and comprehensive patient care.
  • Guide Patients and Families: Educate caregivers and patients on therapy strategies to ensure continued progress in their home environments.
  • Track and Record Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment methods accordingly to keep them on track toward reaching their goals.
Education
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Pursuit of continuing education or post-graduate certifications is actively encouraged and supported
Certifications
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
