A dynamic opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide essential services within a K-12 school setting in Waterbury, CT. This role is focused on supporting elementary students and creating impactful speech and language interventions.

Location: Onsite - Waterbury, CT
Schedule: 32 hours per week
Duration: School Year Contract
Caseload: Approximately 50 elementary students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and interventions tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support plans.
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed documentation of student outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Valid Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist License.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Experience working within school environments preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
