• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and financially supported.

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the state.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
