• Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions focused on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families to foster growth and progress beyond the therapeutic environment.
• Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy, ensuring seamless treatment progression.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) by ASHA.
• Obtaining Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire is required.
