Duration: Current School Year (CSY) Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to support students' functional performance in the school environment Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement appropriate therapy plans that enhance student participation and learning Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate regularly with all stakeholders regarding goals and outcomes Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of elementary-aged children Desired Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with credentials valid for school-based practice in Washington State Experience working in educational settings, preferably elementary schools Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy techniques and developmental milestones Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families Ability to manage time efficiently across a part-time caseload This contract role provides a unique chance to positively influence student growth during the school year on a flexible schedule.
