• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients physical abilities, cognitive skills, and daily life activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in concert with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive, holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their loved ones therapy techniques to encourage continuous progress at home
• Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment as needed to keep patients on the journey to recovery

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
