Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
  • Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families through therapy methods to sustain continuous progress beyond the treatment setting
  • Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring patients remain on the path to recovery
Education
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Encouragement and support for continuing education or advanced certifications
Certifications
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credential is mandatory
