The Speech-Language Pathologist will join a collaborative, student-centered team providing therapy and consultation services to students with complex communication and behavioral needs. This role includes direct service, AAC program support, IEP participation, and inter-team collaboration. Ideal for professionals experienced with augmentative communication or those eager to grow in a multi-disciplinary environment.What Youll Do: Conduct speech/language and AAC evaluations for students with a range of disabilities Develop and implement treatment plans and IEP goals using direct/indirect services Program and support augmentative and alternative communication systems Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and family members Provide consultation, materials, and training to school teams and caregivers Complete required documentation, including IEPs, progress notes, and Medicaid billing Participate in IEP, eligibility, and re-evaluation meetingsExperience Youll Need: Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA certification (CFs welcome) Massachusetts State License and DOE Certification required Strong experience or interest in AAC and assistive tech tools Comfort working with students with social-emotional needs and behavioral profiles Valid drivers license and ability to travel between sites during the workday
