The Respiratory Therapist performs essential cardiopulmonary procedures for both inpatient and outpatient care, including EKGs, pulmonary rehabilitation, ABGs, ventilator management, and oxygen therapy, while conducting patient assessments and responding swiftly to emergency situations to ensure optimal respiratory health and safety.
Requirements:
PRN
RRT or CRT Certification
BLS/CPR Certification
ACLS and NRP is required within 6 months of employment.
Must have knowledge of respiratory modalities and equipment as well as the ability to perform diagnostic procedures.
