Join a growing team near Springfield, OH as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting a large preschool program. This is a full-time role for the 20252026 school year , serving young students with a variety of speech and language needs in one centralized school building.

Position Details:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week

• One school site (no travel)

• Caseload of about 40 preschoolers from a population of 145 IEP students

• Student needs include autism (Level 23) and non-verbal communication

• Involves direct therapy, IEP planning, collaboration

Must Have:

• Current Ohio SLP license
