can choose to work in your preferred region:

Beach Communities
Mid-City

We are flexible and will build your schedule around your availability and preferred travel
areas .

Are you a skilled and compassionate PT, OT, ST or MSW looking for flexible per diem work that
makes a real difference? Alpha Plus Home Health Services is growing and actively hiring
licensed Therapists to provide care in patients' homes throughout San Diego County ,
including rural and unincorporated areas.

Responsibilities:

Travel to patient homes within your preferred San Diego region
Evaluate patients physical/functional capabilities and limitations
Create and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy (manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, trigger point therapy, etc.)
Educate patients and families on managing conditions and improving function
Coordinate care with other healthcare providers
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient records

Required Experience:

Preferable 1 year of experience in hospital or acute care setting
Proficient in treating patients of all ages with diverse conditions
Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology , and medical terminology
Skilled in trigger point therapy , manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications:
Valid California Therapist license unrestricted and in good standing
Drivers license and access to reliable transportation
Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
