Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract A licensed Occupational Therapist is needed to provide specialized services within a K-12 school setting located in Dublin, OH. This leave replacement contract position offers the opportunity to support elementary and middle school students with diverse occupational therapy needs, ensuring their academic success and personal development. Position Details: Immediate start date Monday through Friday, 7:25 AM to 2:55 PM (7.5 hours/day, 37.5 hours/week) Onsite role with no virtual option Caseload of approximately 50 students Services provided exclusively by a licensed OT; COTA support is not permitted Serving elementary and middle school populations within the K-12 framework Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring to support student participation in school activities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and educational goals Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapy goals within the academic setting Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with state and educational guidelines Participate in team meetings and case conferences as required Qualifications and Experience: Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Ohio Experience providing OT services in school-based settings preferred, with knowledge of pediatric populations and school environments Strong communication and organizational skills to manage a high caseload effectively Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Dedication to improving student outcomes through individualized therapy This contract role offers a structured schedule within a supportive educational environment.
