Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Brockton, MA

A maternity leave contract opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide full-time services at a middle school. This position involves managing a caseload focused on pediatric students within a school setting, starting in October for an eight-week duration.

Key Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Background in school-based speech-language pathology services

Location:

• Middle school located in Brockton, MA

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to middle school students with diverse communication needs
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain accurate records according to school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on student needs and therapeutic goals
