Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Avon, WA

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Avon, Washington. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing speech and language services that support the communication, academic, and social success of K12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and state guidelines

• Provide therapy in both individual and group settings to support language development and communication skills

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to promote student progress

• Monitor and document student performance in accordance with district and state requirements

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Current Washington Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility

• Previous experience as an SLP, preferably in a school setting

• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
