• Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Location: Aberdeen, WA and surrounding Grays Harbor areas (commute/placement flexibility)

• Employment Type: Full-time W-2 contract (academic year)

• Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

• Caseload: PreK5th grade; ~5055 students

• Start: Beginning of the 20252026 school year

• Pay: $40.00 $53.50 / hour (based on experience & district rate)

• Open to: Clinical Fellows (CFs) with strong school placement experience

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders

• Valid Washington SLP license (or in progress with timeline)

• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification (or ability to obtain)

• Experience or strong interest in school-based/pediatric SLP practice

• Ability to manage a K5 caseload, write IEPs, provide direct therapy and collaborate with teachers/parents

• Dedicated one-on-one recruiter support throughout application and contract

• Expert professional guidance for school-based therapy placements
