ASL Fluent Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Amergis Staffing is looking for a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) that is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) to support in the Orange County schools for the upcoming 25/26 school year!

Locations will be in Fullerton, Irvine, Newport Beach, and Costa Mesa.

Requirements:

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of California (required)
• Experience working in a school setting as a Speech Language Pathologist (required)
• Valid CCC (required)
• ASL Fluent

What We Offer:

• Monday Friday || 37.5-40 hours a week
• Pay Rate – $85/hour
• Travel package available to those who qualify!
• Start date: Immediate interview via video call with the districts
• Hours vary depending on the school and district you are assigned

Responsibilities:

• Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions to patients with speech, language and/or hearing deficits in accordance with physician orders
• Assesses patient needs; plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of the speech therapy interventions
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
• Instructs patient/family/caregivers on patients total speech therapy program
• Other Speech Language Pathologist duties as assigned
