We are seeking a patient-focused Occupational Therapist to help clients develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills. You will provide effective, client-centered interventions that enhance independence and improve quality of life.

ResponsibilitiesAddress client's aspects of performance to support engagement in occupations that affect health, well-being and life qualitySelect and adapt the appropriate per case occupational therapy treatment model, method and approach to direct the process of interventionsApply interventions to maximize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL)Teach clients new ways of approaching tasks and educate them on how to break down activities into achievable componentsAssess client's home and other environments and advice on alterations consistent with their needs and capabilitiesRecommend adaptive equipment and train in its useGuide and educate family members and caregiversObserve, note, and report on progress of long and short term treatment goalsCollect data and document processes followedRequirementsProven working experience as Occupational TherapistExcellent knowledge of principles and practices of occupational therapyFamiliarity with ADLs evaluation tools ( e.g. Katz ADL scale, Lawton IADL scale)Ability to manage patients with different types of personalitiesProfessional behaviour.Excellent interpersonal communication skillsValid license to practice occupational therapyFor a faster application process, please email your contact number, resume, and license/certificate to ... with the subject line: Application - [Position Name].
