Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A K-12 educational setting in Charleston, SC, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide contract services for the current school year. This role offers the opportunity to support students' communication development across a diverse student population. Responsibilities include: Delivering speech and language evaluations and therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade Collaborating with teachers, parents, and educational staff to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Participating in team meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary approaches for student success Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP licensure for school-based practice Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team This contract position will last through the current school year and offers the chance to impact student achievement in a structured educational environment.
