The leave coverage begins in early October, with an undetermined end date, allowing for adaptable tenure timing. Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to elementary students with various communication disorders. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on student assessments and progress monitoring. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements. Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure appropriate for practice in Washington. Prior experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting. Strong knowledge of speech and language developmental milestones and therapy techniques. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students efficiently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educational staff and families. Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and student needs.
