Occupational Therapist School Setting in Garden City, MI

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract This position requires a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide services in a K-12 school setting for a maternity leave contract. The assignment is located in Garden City, MI, and is onsite only. The duration of the contract is from September 2, 2025, through December 5, 2025, with a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to students ages 3-15 years old within a K-12 school environment Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development and school success Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work within a multidisciplinary team Strong communication and organizational skills Must be available onsite during the assigned hours from 7:55 am to 3:06 pm Schedule and Location: Full-time, 35 hours per week Monday through Friday, 7:55 am to 3:06 pm Onsite in Garden City, MI This is a short-term leave contract opportunity perfect for an occupational therapist experienced in school-based services.
