Occupational Therapist Job Opening Contract Palatine, IL

Sunbelt Staffing is currently partnering with a school district in Palatine, IL to hire an Occupational Therapist (OT) for the current school year. This is a contract role working with elementary school students , primarily those with mild to moderate disabilities.

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning

• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals

• Document progress and maintain student records

• Full-time: 37.5 hours/week

• Caseload: Elementary school students

• Location: Palatine, IL

• Duration: Remainder of current school year (potential for renewal)

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license

• Professional Educator License (PEL) with OT endorsement preferred (or ability to obtain)
