Digital School Speech- Language Pathologist Job Virginia

An opportunity is available for a certified school based Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in school-based and teletherapy services, supporting K-12 students in Virginia.

There are multiple contract positions available for current and anticipated needs throughout the school year. These positions are both full and part time with flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote speech therapy evaluations and interventions for a caseload of K-12 students, including extended school year options.
• Deliver services through school based teletherapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Track and report progress through documentation and maintain compliance with state regulations.
• Participate in district-required onboarding and training processes, including fingerprint clearance as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia School SLP license.
• Proficiency in school-based teletherapy techniques.
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively and work collaboratively within educational settings.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to changing student needs.
• Availability for interviews conducted via Zoom and a timely decision-making process.
