Occupational Therapist (OT/ COTA) School-Based, Part-Time Near Crestview, Wisconsin.

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a dedicated school team near Crestview, Wisconsin for the 20252026 school year. This is an on-site position providing therapy services to students in a school-based setting.

Position Highlights:

• Part-time, 20 hours per week

• Provide occupational therapy services aligned with students IEP goals (Elementary School)

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support student development

• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Wisconsin OT license required (might consider COTA)

• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
