Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Nocatee, FL

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Nocatee, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing individualized speech and language services that help K12 students enhance communication skills and achieve their academic and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders based on student needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with each students strengths and goals

• Provide therapy in individual and group settings using evidence-based strategies

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other service providers to promote student success

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements

• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation and progress

Qualifications:

• Current Florida Speech-Language Pathology license

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
