• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies that align with their functional goals

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in tandem with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic care

• Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and refine therapy strategies as needed to ensure ongoing advancement

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
