This contract position is scheduled for the 2023-2024 school year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations for students needing occupational therapy. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to enhance student success. Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy plans when necessary. Participate in meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes. Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Washington. Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) in educational settings. Strong knowledge of school-based OT practices and IEP procedures. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to organize caseload efficiently throughout the school year.
