Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) is needed for an elementary school setting in Alvin, TX. This is a contract position for the full school year, offering a 37.5-hour workweek with an elementary caseload. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or Speech-Language Pathologist-Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, or school-based settings Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) credentials with school or healthcare experience are also considered Ability to manage an elementary school caseload effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies Participate in meetings and professional development as required Location: Alvin, Texas Benefits and Perks: Full-time, full school year contract Structured schedule of 37.5 hours per week Opportunity to work in a supportive school environment with an accessible director The director is actively interviewing candidates for this position.
