Caseload: 7 students (subject to change) across two schools

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech therapy services to K-6 students in Texas. This is a fully remote, part-time contract position with a flexible schedule, provided it remains consistent.

• Deliver virtual speech therapy sessions aligned with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain a caseload of 7 students, with therapy minutes typically averaging 250 minutes per six weeks (some students require 150 or 300 minutes).
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to support student progress.
• Conduct assessments, provide documentation, and monitor student progress in compliance with state and school requirements.

• Active Texas SLP License (Required)
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
