Speech Pathology Work From Home - MN

A Physical Therapist position is available to provide specialized support across multiple schools serving students from birth through 12th grade. This role requires approximately 12 hours per week and involves itinerant responsibilities, traveling between schools to address the needs of a caseload currently including 12 students.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering physical therapy services to students ranging from early childhood through high school.
• Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and tracking student outcomes.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and mentoring initiatives.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly within school settings.
• Ability to adapt treatment approaches to a diverse student body birth to 12th grade.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to manage an itinerant schedule efficiently.
