Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site position supporting a school district in Wellington, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential physical therapy services directly to K12 students, helping them improve mobility, function, and overall physical well-being to support their academic and personal success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students physical abilities and develop individualized therapy plans

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and functional skills

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students physical development and school participation

• Provide guidance and training to school staff and caregivers on therapeutic strategies

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations

• Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license

• Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
