• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional objectives.

• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide a comprehensive, holistic level of care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers the therapeutic techniques they can practice at home to ensure continuous improvement.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor outcomes and modify treatment as necessary, helping patients maintain momentum in their recovery journey.

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Continued education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and well-supported.

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) .
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
