Description
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations utilizing established assessment tools and thorough observational methods.

- Deliver targeted speech therapy interventions designed to enhance communication, language skills, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing abilities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, physicians, and family members to forge unified care strategies.
- Provide educational support to patients and their families, empowering them to continue progress beyond the therapeutic environment.
- Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapies to ensure a comprehensive continuum of care during the recovery process.
- Maintain detailed and timely patient records adhering to state and federal regulations as well as organizational policies.

Education
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.
Certifications
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
- Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be completed within 30 days of hire.
