Position: Occupational Therapist-Revital

Location: 1725 W Harrison St, Suite 440, Chicago, IL- 60612

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: $72,000 - $10,000 annually, based on years of experience

RUSH Physical Therapy is looking for an occupational therapist with a passion for treating the oncology rehabilitation population. CLT is preferred, or interest in obtaining CLT. Rush physical therapy has the revital cancer rehab program with continuing education and mentorship opportunities. Our clinic has occupational, physical, and speech therapists on site and provide opportunity for collaboration.

ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Responsibilities
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
  • Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing OTs
  • Complete and maintain required trainings
  • Maintain compliance with government regulations
  • Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
  • Provide clear documentation
Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in occupational therapy
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
  • CPR certified

Preferred:

  • Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
