FTE Speech Language Pathologist Location:West Brookfield Elementary SchoolReports To:Building Principal/Director Student Support Services Primary Function:Provide speech/language services for special education students with a focus on inclusive practices and raising student achievementQualifications:Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license Ability to apply effective instructional techniques and strategies, with an emphasis on inclusionExcellent oral & written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with students, co-workers, parents, and administration Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently and meet mandated timelines.Responsibilities:Provide speech/language instruction to students with special needsImplement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)Knowledgeable with the implementation of AAC devices and a total communication approachWrite IEP progress reportsConduct evaluations and write reports Develop IEP goals/objectivesProvide supervision to SLPA(s)Active participation in IEP meetings and development of the IEP with the TeamAdminister/Proctor MCAS 2.0Maintain compliance with 603 CMR 28.00 and IDEAMaintain confidentiality of sensitive information and materialSalary:Per QEA Bargaining Unit AgreementClosing Date for Applications: Open until filledStart Date: August 25, 2025Apply to:Dr. Kirsten Esposito, Director of Student Services Quaboag Regional School District 284 Old West Brookfield Road; P.O.
