Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opening Cortland, IL

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite school-based position in Cortland, Illinois . This role is perfect for a dedicated professional passionate about helping students with communication challenges thrive in an educational environment.

• Location: Cortland, IL

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

• Hours: 3540 hours per week

• Type: Onsite position only

• Provide direct speech therapy to students from preschool through high school

• Perform evaluations , develop and write IEPs , and monitor student progress

• Address speech, language, fluency , and social communication needs

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families across one or more school sites

• Maintain accurate documentation per school district and state requirements

• Valid Illinois SLP license (or eligibility by the start date)

• CCC-SLP preferred ; Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome with supervision

• Prior school or pediatric experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
