Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our remote teletherapy team supporting K12 students in Minneapolis, MN . This is a fully remote, 1099 contract position offering competitive hourly pay , weekly payments , and guaranteed hours .

• Deliver remote speech-language services, including assessment, diagnosis, and therapy sessions for students with mild to moderate communication needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student

• Collaborate virtually with school staff, teachers, parents, and related professionals

• Maintain thorough documentation of progress, sessions, and student records

• Work from Home with a flexible schedule

• 1099 Contract structure with weekly pay and guaranteed hours

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)

• Active Minnesota SLP license

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC SLP)

• Minimum 2 years of school-based SLP experience preferred
