• Monday Friday schedule with occasional weekends 40 hours per week
• Home health visits post-surgical, orthopedic, and neurological patients
• Experience with Start of Care and OASIS assessments preferred
• Adult home health setting
• Training available for candidates with transferable skills
• Computer proficiency preferred
