What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and quality of life
• Track patient progress and adapt therapy plans as needed
• Provide patient and caregiver education for continued success at home
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Must have active CA state license.
• Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills

Certifications:

• BLS certification
