A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a dynamic school setting located near Lacey and Tumwater, WA. This contract role spans the 2025-2026 school year and offers the opportunity to work with diverse pediatric populations in both traditional and teletherapy settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, addressing a wide range of communication disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Provide teletherapy sessions when necessary, ensuring accessibility and quality of care.
- Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts.
Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Washington State SLP license.
- Endorsement as an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) in Washington.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school and healthcare environments.
- Ability to provide services via teletherapy.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or equivalent experience.
Position Details:
- Three (3) full-time openings.
- 35 hours per week, four days weekly (8.75 hours per day).
- Contracted for the 2025-2026 school year.
- Work environment includes both onsite and teletherapy service delivery.
