An experienced Occupational Therapist is needed to provide comprehensive therapy services within a K-12 school district located in Shakopee, MN. This full-time, contract role supports students across all grade levels, offering direct and consultative services to approximately 60 students district-wide. The opportunity spans the entire school year, Monday through Friday, providing a consistent and impactful environment to apply specialized therapeutic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings with a focus on functional performance and educational goals.
• Provide support and training to staff to facilitate the integration of therapy strategies within classroom settings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license to practice in Minnesota.
• Demonstrated experience working with K-12 student populations in an educational setting.
