• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with other occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded and comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Offer guidance and training to patients and their families concerning therapy practices that support continuous progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment approaches when necessary to ensure that patients remain on track towards their goals.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

• Current active license as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
