Setting: K-12 School Key Responsibilities: Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in implementing therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges. Support individual and group speech therapy sessions tailored to students' needs. Document student progress and maintain accurate records under the guidance of the supervising pathologist. Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to promote consistent communication strategies. Prepare therapy materials and manage equipment to facilitate effective sessions. Qualifications: Completion of an SLPA program or equivalent training. Current certification or licensure as an SLPA as required by state guidelines. Experience working with school-age children, preferably in a K-12 setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and collaborate with school personnel. Ability to follow direction and maintain confidentiality in compliance with regulations.
