FY26: Occupational Therapist, Infants and Toddlers Program, Emory Grove Site, 0.8 FTE
Job Specific Information: Develops and implements Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) with occupational therapy services for children birth to five using a parent coaching model. This position includes flexible scheduling of 16 additional workdays throughout the year. Requires daily travel from site to family home. Preferred experience and knowledge of infant/toddler development and a range of occupational therapy needs such as low tone, prematurity, infant toddler feeding and sensory development. The wage range for this position is a salary between $62,558 and $127,334 (Prorated for the part time) based on education & experience. For information about benefits, please follow this link. This job includes required summer days for which you will be compensated at your regular rate of pay.

Physical Demands: Stooping, bending, and standing for extended periods; may require lifting and transfers to use assistive devices and equipment. Special Requirements: None
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Working knowledge of the field of occupational therapy, child development, educational disabilities, and legal regulations regarding early intervention and special education. Ability to apply skills to school-based therapy by relating intervention programs to curricular outcomes.Ability to provide early intervention services in the home.Effective oral and written communication skills, human relations skills, and time management.
Education Training Experience:
Bachelor^s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university. Knowledge of educational-based therapy, pediatrics, and sensory integration are desirable..Certificate License:Current licensure from the Maryland State Board of Occupational Therapy Practice.
