Job Description:

Seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13 week contract in Pleasanton, Livermore, Danville, San Ramon, and Diablo, CA. Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

Deliver home health occupational therapy to geriatric patients.
Manage a daily caseload of 6 patients.
Coordinate care and schedule appointments.
Collaborate with RNs and staff for holistic care.

Qualifications:

CA Registered Occupational Therapist License.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
1+ year of home health experience.
Oasis/HCHB knowledge preferred; training available.

Details:

No on call duties.
Potential for contract extension.
