  • Provide educational resources for patients and their families to foster therapeutic progress beyond session time.
  • When needed, assist with inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring a unified approach to treatment throughout the patients healthcare journey.
  • Maintain meticulous records in accordance with all facility, state, and federal regulations.
  • Engage in continuing education to stay abreast of emerging practices and innovations in the field.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
  • Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you have not yet achieved ASHA certification.

Certifications

  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within the first 30 days of employment.
