School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full-Time

Location: Blairs, VA
Schedule: MondayFriday | 37.5 hours/week
Grade Levels: PreK-12

Were seeking a passionate, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative elementary school team in Virginia, working with bright and curious learners from grades 35. Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams to support student success
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Maintain clear documentation and progress reports per district standards
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive school environment

Requirements:

• Valid SLP license in Virginia
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• School experience preferred, but new grads welcome
