A school-based Occupational Therapist role is available in Sterling Heights, MI, for the upcoming school year. This contract position supports students in grades K-12 with mild to moderate disabilities, offering a manageable caseload focused primarily on evaluations, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and meetings. The assignment requires onsite presence and runs from ASAP through the end of the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing documentation
• Support students with mild to moderate needs, ensuring individualized care
• Collaborate with educational staff to promote student progress

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12), preferably in mild to moderate special needs
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and students

Schedule & Location:

• Part-time, 16-20 hours per week
