Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Texas-Based Remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this 1099 contractor position, you will provide essential speech and language services from your home, conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and leading engaging virtual therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Virtual Assessments: Conduct thorough online evaluations for Texas students with speech and language disorders.
• IEP Development: Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address the specific needs of each student.
• Interactive Therapy: Facilitate engaging therapy sessions using advanced teletherapy tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with educators, parents, and support staff to support student success.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Texas state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience in a K-12 school setting is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using teletherapy platforms and digital tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering student growth.
